He is excellent with kids and involves activities to help them connect to with what they are talking about instead of simply talking.

I have worked with Stuart for quite a few years now because I began with marriage counseling and then when my marriage finally did dissolve, I stayed for personal to help with my mental health issues. Stuart is a very kind and caring man that really wants to help people. It is obvious to me that he is in this profession because he wants people to feel better and be happier. Being with him so long, I have also got to see him change as he has learned more over the years. When my husband and I started with him, he had just finished school and was having some trouble getting organized and would sometimes miss schedule appointments, be late, and even have to cancel quite a bit. Over the last couple years, he has gotten his own office in Idabel and has finally been able to get organized and he has moved from a good man doing therapy to a great therapist because now he is also more reliable in addition to his caring, flexible therapeutic style, and creativity in working with people.

Stuart worked with one of my children and was very good. He is patient and supportive and works well with kids. He also helped put things in place to continue helping outside of just the therapy.

Excellent therapist. Goes above and beyond for his clients. Truly compassionate. Gives his full attention when in a session, takes thorough notes, and works hard to express his thoughts and solutions. His dedication to his profession shows in every encounter.

Stuart is a very caring and helpful therapist. He truly listens and interacts with you and has great compassion for people. There is no feelings of being judged or looked down upon with Stuart. He is also not stuck to a methodology like many therapist or counselors are but tries to find methods that are individualized to each person. I have worked with Stuart in both a marital counseling and individual aspect and found him very helpful in both dynamics. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling and looking for a truly caring person to help.
