I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen for almost 2 years I think. I have no problems with her and actually like her a lot and feel comfortable having her help me. She is more than capable I have found and as I continued seeing her I began to feel more secure in having her my JPS Primary Care physician. I have only positive remarks for Sue Nguyen. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at JPS. She was extremely rude, uncaring, did not address my issue at all because she was not familiar with my condition. Scary since she went to medical school. She also said she wouldn't prescribe an anti inflammatory because she "didn't know me"? Is she best friends with her other patients? I thought that's what medical charts are for. Perhaps she doesn't bother reading them. Thumbs down on Sue Nguyen
