Sumira Kemp was warm and personable. She spoke to me as an individual, not just a case. She was clear and detailed when explaining information to me. She also informed me of treatment options and the differences between them. She was also compassionate and patient during my procedure. I left the visit feeling confident I had received quality medical care and was in very good hands with her. This is a true rarity, especially with Kaiser providers.
