What is worse than horrible?

Im horrified by the lack of care and compassion this lady brings to every appointment. Nothing like being talked down to by the person you should highly trust

She doesn't listen

Dr. Ross has never made me feel heard during our appts . She is always rushing through them . I mean I get it the clinic is busy but how do you ask someone with serious condition how their pain is and when they say: well my pain is worse or an answer she doesn't want to hear she put her fingers to her lips to shush me. She gas lit me for years telling me it was in my head when actually I have a serious condition and now I'm worse than. Before. But thankfully new Dr listens so I'm getting help .
