I had a 9 am appt to get my blood work done n have my physical at Integrity. M at the desk who booked my appt did it wrong and they said I was a no show at 8 am - I was not Before I walked away from the counter weeks ago I confirmed that I had a 9 am appt and put it in my phone. There wasn't a car in the parking lot nor a patient in the entire building except for me. The girl at the desk said when she had to check with Susan that she can get funny about these things ( I was not a no show) She came back I and I showed her my phone on request n she said let's blame M but you can come back tomorrow anytime. No one in the office no cars in the parking lot
