Susan Bingham, APRN

Susan's bedside manner far exceeds that of any other provider I have ever visited with. Her compassion and care shine through the work that she does on a daily basis and I feel incredibly fortunate to have secured her as my primary care provider. She listens, understands, is thorough, comprehensive, and has an excellent support team to back her up in the clinic.

I would not recommend anyone to see Susan. The lack of human connect between patient and provider is disgusting. The superiority to speak over her patients when they are expressing their concern is highly unprofessional. And not giving them the time or attention to address their concerns is inhumane. Every time I go there is a presence of her unwillingness to listen to your thoughts or concerns. Literally the worst provider I’ve ever had. I have to visit other doctors for follow ups that provide more insight and compassion than my own PCP. I’m just all around truly disgusted at the care, or lack there of, provided and the lack of human interaction experienced. I will not being seeing Susan nor will I ever recommend her to anyone else.

She refused to address my concern due to possible exposure to coronavirus. Stated she would put in a referral request for a neurologist and failed to do so. Will NEVER be booking an appointment with this "physician" again.

I was made made feel comfortable and my concerns were addressed.

Susan Bingham is very knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable to ask her questions.

She gave me the most comprehensive physical I have had in years. I feel as if she actually cares and is trying to keep me alive and well :-)

Susan Bingham is a great APRN and I prefer to see her over a M.D. because she will talk to me and give me the info. and options and work with me on any issues. She is very intelligent, friendly and a remarkable person. I changed insurances to go to her.

Very caring and knowledgeable. Takes her time to listen and explain the treatment plan.

It was horrible. I went in because I was feeling bad and having issues breathing and other issues. She came in the room and did not speak, she then told me to take a deep breath and put the stethoscope to my chest and walked out of the room. So I asked the nurse was she coming back and she said yes. The nurse then said that she ordered a covid test and would be back in, well she never came. I never spoke with Bingham and the nurse stated that she refused to come and talk to me. I was treated less then a human, I was I'll and scared and this woman did not address anything with nor did she even talk to me. I had a positive test the next day and still have not talked to her, she has not called in any prescriptions nor told me how to care for my illness. I have covid and am sick with breathing issues with no direction or help from the provider. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and attitudinal. I ave reported her but would not suggest anyone seek medical help from her!!
