Susan has counseled with me and prescribed for me several years. She always explains how a medication works in my body and how it interacts with other medications or issues and let's me choose whether or not to take the medication. She has helped me ween-off meds that weren't working and found a combination that does work. We meet every 30 days or so to review the effectiveness of meds and what's going on with me. She listens well and advised well. She will adjusts meds as needed. I always recommend her to anyone who may need mental health.

Susan significantly neglected my loved one by convincing him he does not have the diagnosis he has, and not giving him the appropriate medication for such diagnoses, and reframing his mental health symptoms as a normal response to external factors. He has been rapid cycling for over a year, and now is so significantly manic that everyone around him who loves him is gravely concerned that he will be reinstitutionalized or back on the streets. All of us are deeply grieved to see all that he worked hard for the past several years is at risk of losing it due to his erratic behavior.
