Susan was my first counselor and I couldn’t imagine anyone better to have started my therapy journey with than her! She was kind, supportive and patient with me. But she also made sure to call me out on on bs and when I was exhibiting self destructive behaviors or actions. Susan is a great listener and gives great advice, especially when she tells you stories from her own life. Susan validated my thoughts and feelings and always made sure to put me first in the session. Susan got to know me so well she could tell when I was having a bad week and was ready to listen. I could always breathe a sigh of relief when I saw her face in our video chats!
