Know it all judgmental and gaslights
Telehealth
Susan did not seem to be able to help bring out the best of a person based on who they are but judged me on who she thought I was. She has a condescending head nod. Susan would criticize words and phrases that others have used with me and that I have used with others. My wife wanted me to stop using her as she felt Susan was gaslighting me

I've been seeing Susan for many years and I’ve had to rescheduled many times. A few times I forgot I had an appointment. She’s always been understanding and extremely accommodating. In addition, she’s helped me enormously.

I did therapy with Susan for 2 months. One time I contacted her the morning of my appointment and asked to reschedule another night. She didn’t respond for most the week. Then she offered an appointment on a night I had recently reminded her I work. No problem if she forgot, but when I replied I had to work, I never heard from her again. Shouldn’t therapists have some kind of ethics against dumping their clients if the client has an occasional, reasonable need to reschedule?
