She is very educated and involved in the latest studies and I appreciated that she viewed nursing an older toddler as normal instead of longer than normal. She is supposed to have a flat rate, but she would talk so much and take up so much of my time, and then she hinted at charging me more?! Because she specializes in tongue-ties she was so focused on that that she never really solved the problems I was hoping she would. She was the best listener I could find and wasn't even that good at it.
