In 2016 I fell I’ll at work and passed out and had convulsions. Prior to to that I had been experiencing severe symptoms leading up to waking up with EMS surrounding me and giving me a vip ride to Santa Rosa. I made an appointment with my Dr but had the pleasure I seeing Susan instead. When I explained what happened and told her my symptoms she immediately called it and said I have symptoms of Adult onset Epilepsy. After that I lost my job, lost my insurance and that practice did not accept Medicaid. I was forced to find a new Dr and get referral to several different specialists. I was told I did not have epilepsy and was told to stop taking g anti seizure meds Susan prescribed. Long story short, it had been an awful nightmare for the past 6 years going through testing and procedures that were unnecessary. Recently I found a neurologist that listened to me and did testing and thoroughly went through the tests and came to the conclusion that Susan Ogden was absolutely correct! I had Epilepsy and I am finally getting the treatment I need. THANK YOU SUSAN FOR BEING SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AMD CARING!

I really appreciated the care and compassion that I had with my first visit at this office. I had not been in to see a doctor in several years and had been off my medication. I did not make an appt for 3 yrs because I did not want to be criticized, like in the last office. I did not feel judged or criticized here. Instead, PA Ogden made me feel comfortable in talking about my current condition and we have a plan. I have a follow up in 3 months and I feel better about the future of my health.

This facility was highly recommended thru my employer (Stratton). I was hesitant about opening up to someone else about my medical history all over again, but PA Ogden and her staff made me feel very comfortable to know that I can trust them to take care of my healthcare needs.

I absolutely love her! She always makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions.

I had severe joint pain and fatigue for many months. I went to 2 PCPs and a specialist. No one else listened to what I was going thru. PA Ogden spent time listening and asking a lot of questions the doctors never asked me. She ordered some labs. My only issue is that the lab had problems and it took 2 weeks to get my results and I was hoping they would come back quickly. All else was great. This office and this provider returned my phone calls. The other offices did not.

PA Ogden was very helpful to me and my son, who had gotten hurt over the weekend. She explained why the x ray was needed and gave us helpful things to do at home while we waited to hear the results. She talked to my son and to me, and I think he liked that.
