I really enjoyed my visit with Susan. She made me feel heard, which I haven't gotten from doctors outside the hospital when it came to my overall health. Which was very nice. She made this visit worth the wait and made me feel like a human being and just not a transaction. I loved that. She also was very empathetic to my needs and did not mind me ranting on about my needs and history

She explained a lot of the items that were on test results from a previous visit with another provider. She showed a lot of empathy and compassion going over some things that might be of a major concern to me.
