Came to Susan in hopes of helping my partner and I heal through a difficult time. Instead of healing, she took advantage of my vulnerability, pinned my partner and me against one another and demonstrated extreme bias and judgment. Instead of healing through her sessions, we now have to heal from the pain that she caused. You seek out a therapist hoping you can trust them in your most vulnerable state. Will forever regret that I placed trust in her.

I was told if I didn't like my job as a restaurant manager I should get a job at a vegan restaurant because animals release chemicals when they die that cause people to be aggressive. I should "look it up."

I came to Susan for general therapy and during the sessions, it was hard to speak with her in an open manner. I truly believe Susan wants to help people but her demeanor can be too clinical and unapproachable for my tastes. I found her communication can be too direct and sometimes defensive and lacking the emotional intelligence that I need in a therapist. Others may be fine with her approach but it just wasn't for me.

I met Susan a few months ago after searching for years for the right new therapist for me. I'm not sure where to begin but I have nothing but praise for Susan. Her depth of knowledge, range of modalities, professional credentials and warm positive nature have helped me to feel new hope and good energy for myself now and in the future. I look forward to continuing to explore healing with this wonderful therapist. Thank you.

A few days after being sexually assaulted, I cried about my inability to cope with the traumatic event, my new roommate, and my roommate's bf who was sleeping over. Susan said to me, "It's your fault." She elaborated that it was my fault for not making enough money to afford the apt on my own. I'D JUST BEEN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED yet she proceeded to tell me I should be making more money. I'd also just gone through a divorce which was why I was seeing her and needed a roommate. Way out of line.
