Susan Rudman, EDD

Terrible experience - attempted to schedule with Dr. Rudman, and after multiple emails and attempted phone calls that were not returned, it was clear that Dr. Rudman was incredibly disorganized. I submitted documents she requested, then later she proceeded to ask for data that was included in those documents. Calls went unanswered, voicemails unreturned - I gave her the benefit of the doubt and showed up to my (finally) scheduled telemedicine appointment only for her to no-show. Incredibly stressful when you're in a potentially stressful place from a mental health perspective... Her response to my concerns? "Thank you"

Dr. Rudman is an excellent treatment provider. I've been seeing her once a week for around 11 years. She is thorough, attentive, and responsive. She will go out of her way to work with you on insurance issues, one getting additional outside resources and documents, and pushing you forward in your treatment when need be. Dr. Rudman does an excellent job trying to keep the environment light, while also discussing very difficult topics. I couldn't say enough nice things about Dr. Rudman and her practice. A+.
