I highly recommend Dr Schiliro. It was really amazing experience. I had ganglion cyst removal surgery on my right wrist. After surgery, I barely can use my right hand for 2 weeks due to pain. Dr Schiliro is so knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Each section, she evaluated my hands ability, set up goal and exercise plan, and went through each training with me. Now my right hand is back to normal. Jennifer is so detailed and knowledgeable for managing everything. Thank you so much Dr Schiliro and Jennifer.

Dr. Schiliro’s receptionist failed to inform me that I had an alternative to paying them $200 for a splint. My doctor informed me that my insurance would have covered it had I been advised of this by her office. Additionally, Dr. Scihiliro was very unaccommodating about scheduling an appointment to come back to have it adjusted. Had she spent as much time adjusting the splint initially as she did helping me write out the $200 check, it might not have been necessary to return for the adjustment.

I don’t always write reviews but I felt obligated because of my positive experience having Physical Therapy with Dr. Schiliro. When I called Dr. Schiliro’s office I spoke with Jennifer, the admin assistant, who was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and immediately I knew I found the right place. I didn’t have to be concerned about my paperwork because she handled everything competently and always with a smile. Believe me a rare find! I just recently completed three months of therapy with Dr. Schiliro. What an amazing experience! From day one she made me feel comfortable and explained my treatment in detail and I never felt rushed. She is very compassionate, diligent and works with you to make sure you are doing the follow up exercises correctly and was genuinely concerned with my progression and healing. I immediately felt warmly and genuinely welcomed by Dr. Schiliro’s staff and the doctor herself, from the moment I stepped through the door on my first visit through to the day I completed my therapy. Her team, made it their business to make my visits relaxed, friendly, and actually pleasurable. Dr. Schiliro actively promoted a dialogue between the two of us that not only made me feel more relaxed about going to my sessions, but which also helped me to exercise and progress more efficiently.

Dr. Schiliro treated me with concern for my whole self, not just my hand. Every visit was warm and friendly. She helped speed my recovery from carpal tunnel surgery with skill and good humor.
