Susan Speece, MSN

Susan is by far the best PCP I have had. She communicates clearly and truly cares about her patients. Susan have a easy to get along with, and I truly miss her at my practice. I am trying to change insurance so that I can travel to her.

Would not recommend. Unprofessional, uninterested in helping, Rude.

I had the BEST experience ive ever had at the doctors because of Susan Speece. She made me feel comfortable and safe. She was real with me and actually listened to what I feel is wrong with me.

Susan Speece did not introduce herself and was opinionated, condescending, overbearing, judgmental & completely lacking in compassion. Susan does not exhibit the behavior or demeanor of a medical professional. She has a negative, aggressive attitude & unhealthy, unprofessional appearance. Susan Speece called to deny me future medical visits, that included a full blown character assassination, as a follow up a couple hours later to the one and only appointment with her. I ended going to the ER at Santiam Hospital later to get seen for the ongoing medical issue I originally went to see her for but instead was subjected to her verbal abuse. I was only attempting to get competent medical help for an ongoing sinus issue and was mentally and emotionally assaulted instead. Santiam let her go a few months later because of her attitude & several patient complaints about her.

Does not introduce herself, is untidy & obese. Can not trust a provider that does not take care of herself & behaves and appears unprofessional

In an increasingly difficult environment to find good medical care, Susan Speece and the rest of the office staff are a breath of fresh air. Quick, courteous, and efficient, they have been great to work with from the time I walk through the door. Susan takes her time with you, speaks frankly but with kindness, and does her best to put you at ease. She is knowledgeable but also not afraid to say if she needs to do some extra research to provide the best personalized care available.

Susan Speece is judgmental, opinionated & unprofessional. Her voice & hands shake while she is talking at you. She is distant & doesn't smile. As a nurse practitioner, she is devoid of empathy & compassion. Her demeanor & personal appearance are slovenly, thus she does not appear to be a medical professional. Susan doesn't take the time to examine you before expressing her list of personal opinions about care you received from other medical professionals. Would not her to recommend to anyone!
