Unfortunately, I don’t even think she deserves 1 star. I went to capitol digestive care in germantown during covid -19. I knew something was wrong with me & that I needed to have an in person visit to show her things. I was scolded for coming in to the office rather than have an online visit. The whole appointment, she talked down to me & did not listen to what I had to say. My mask was not properly on my nose, I adjusted it & she stopped the appointment to leave the room. I am disgusted with how she acted & have never been to such an unprofessional appointment. I will definitely not be going back to capitol digestive care.

She was thorough in reviewing my medical history and symptoms, and provided useful information and instructions for an upcoming endoscopy. I just came back from Capital Digestive Care and was seen by Susan. She was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We reviewed all of the previous notes together and she was attentive and answered all of my questions. I believe because of Capital Digestive Care's open communication between doctors, she was able to bring in a colleague on a moment's notice for an additional follow up, all in one visit. I had a great experience.

The worst doctor ever, I had to call her almost 9 times, when she told me that she would call me back, then she blamed everything on the receptionist. Never helped me at all.
