I had an appointment in late September to follow up with the medication I was put on and after being diagnosed with Parkinsons. I was sent through my yearly mental acuity testing. I requested my results be sent to my AZ address. The reception informed me that the address did not need to be changed and the letter would get to me eventually. Well, 8 weeks later and 3 phone calls I have still not received the results of my testing. I called again today and was told the letter was there and in the outgoing mail.There was no hesitation with sending a bill for over $2500.00 to my insurance company.It is appalling that there has been no follow up call or letter to such a sensitive diagnosis. Do I have Lewy body dementia, have my test result changed from the prior year. Who knows, I have checking my mail daily..... does no one care!!!!

I was in with Dr. Thompson for over and hour. She actively listened to my concerns and asked questions related to my visit. She made sure I understood the testing and results. I would recommend her to anyone needing neuropsychological testing.

Very personable and knowledgeable. She explained everything very well. Loved her!
