Susan Wallace, NP

I saw Susan Wallace a couple years ago, but her visit is what caused me to move out of the Methodist Health system and seek a PCP through UNMC. It was hard to get in with my pcp, and Susan was always the next choice. Which made it very difficult to schedule. During my visit, she had made remarks to me about having three children, due to my age (mid twenties), and the birth control I should be on. It truly was not said in a joking manner. She had asked if it was ok if a student nurse was there during a very private procedure, I had said, she brought the nurse in and proceeded anyway. I had tried reaching out to someone regarding this visit, no one followed through, until she actually called me. She knew I had complained and was very aggressive on the phone, asking what she had done wrong. She was rude and demeaning. I wish I was able to give more of a detailed review, due to character limits, I am not. I would not recommend her or any office where she practices.

Susan Wallace is a most excellent medical provider. Listens very well, explains very well, gives options, works very well in partnership with patient. Is a very caring individual.
