She is thoughtful, listens and gives great advice! She has done multiple steroid injections into my hands and does a great job. I trust her judgement and wouldn’t hesitate to return for a visit

Susan was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand how my condition was progressing. My only criticism is that I felt extremely rushed. After being seen almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and spending hundreds of dollars on the visit overall, the nurse practitioner spent less than 15 minutes with me and did not check to see if I had any final questions. I had to insist that she return to the exam room so that I could get some final questions answered, and that is something that the patient should not be expected to do when being treated for an injury.

Was very short and abrupt with me. Told me what my x-rays said, explained briefly what was wrong with my wrist. Suggested OT Told me to research more online, on my own. Would not recommend nor would I go back

Sue Watkins is the absolute best! A professional who knows her specialty and has a great bedside manner. I really appreciated Sue & her team's quality of care at my first visit to the office. Sue explained my situation well & answered my many questions. The xray was done right then & there -- it was a breeze! My only complaint is having to arrive 30 min. early even though all my paperwork was done in advance - made for waiting in the lobby longer than I would have liked (~20 min.). Would come to this provider again if I needed ortho care in the future!
