Telehealth
She has helped me through so much. The good the bad and the ugly. She inspires me to live a more fulfilling life vs a life filled with anxiety and “what if’s”. I literally look forward to our talks. It’s like talking to my best friend. No judgement ever. Thursdays are my favorite days because of her. I leave every session with homework that I actually like doing and applying to my life.

Dr. Blanco made a huge impact in my life. When I was going through a difficult time in my life, she guided me on how to better understand myself and the relationships I had. The significant improvements with my mental health & confidence was all thanks to the work she has helped me do. 5 years later & I still have trust in her to check-in whenever I feel I need some guidance.
