Compassionate and reliable
Mrs Shepard always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel heard and taken care of. I have learned a lot from her about my health and she gives me encouragement for my health goals. She is very thoughtful and well-spoken and she has the ability to make me feel calm and safe. I never feel rushed or like a burden and she always explains my medication and the effects involving.

Great provider trapped in horrible practice
She is a great provider. She just works for a horrible county facility. Hard to get in. And county only allows one medical issue per visit. I truly wish she was somewhere else. I would continue to see her if she wasn't in a county facility. She's great if you can wait to see her. Just Kintegra is the problem

Our family has been seeing Ms. Shepard for our medical needs for many years now. She was recommended by a co-worker who was very pleased with her service. Ms. Shepard has done a great job at helping to diagnose some different issues we've had. She is great with our special needs child and is never rushed when she sees us. I feel like she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to do what she can to help.

Seen her twice. Suffering from depression. Still has not helped me at all. Almost feels like she is not listening. She wants to put me on medication , which she explained had bad side effects if I was bi polar or or anything like that. I have spent about 15 minutes with her each time. She also never mentioned if it would conflict with my other medications.
