staff is friendly and courteous. office is very clean and comfortable. susen carter-nealy was very thorough in examination..i was there for a physical. she was very patient in listening to my concerns and in dealing with my health issues, which there were several. she addressed each one professionally and took time to explain conditions, possible treatments and to ease my concerns...did it in a professional, courteous and patient manner. i left feeling my health care was in good hands!!!!!
