I had an apt. to have my annual exam & an IUD removal. I made the apt. months in advance and they even called me the morning of to verify I wanted the IUD out and not replaced along with my annual exam. A RN led me back to my room which didn’t feel welcoming at all. The nurse then proceeds to tell me that Suzanne has changed her mind and I need to pick whether I want the IUD out or the annual she’s not doing both because it takes too much time. Probably because it was 3:15 pm and she didn’t want to stay late. I told the nurse how I had this scheduled and they called me in the morning to confirm all the details of my appointment. I asked to speak with Suzanne. The nurse came back alone because Suzanne was refusing to speak with me.She has awful bedside manner. I do not trust her as a physician. I wouldn’t let her treat me if she wasn’t even willing to come speak to me. I will be finding a doctor who actually cares for their patients and doesn’t hide and make the nurses do her dirty work

SHE IS GREAT! She is well educated and explains anything you ask her about. She makes me feel safe and comfortable within her appointment rooms and I plan to continue seeing her, even if that means following her as she relocates!

I don't visit doctors a lot because I usually feel very uncomfortable in a doctor's office. But Dr. Hanson was amazing. She was very nice and explained everything. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend her.
