After years of straining my eyes reading and looking at computers work became so miserable I was ready to give up. I had seen so many optometrists who couldn't figure out what was wrong. After years of having headaches and eyestrain and seeing multiple optometrists Dr Kim was the only Dr who had foresight to give me glasses with prisms which completely alleviated my vision issues. It completely changed my life. I was about to come to terms that I would have this problem forever and now my quality of life has improved so much.

I was recently see by Dr. Kim at the Wilmer Eye Institute. She was robotic, had no interest in listening about my vision concerns and rushed my appointment to the point she gave me the wrong prescription. She did not care for my questions and had no professional recommendations for me whatsoever. I ended up spending $110 usd for an incorrect and inaccurate prescription and for defective contact lenses. After a couple the weeks, when I called the the front desk to have a follow up appt with her, I was informed that she had left the practice. I had to find a new doctor, start the process from scratch and pay out of pocket. So frustrating and disappointing.
