Susan listened intently and let me know she understood my concerns. She handled my wound. When it was time for dressing it she gave me step by step instruction. I had anxiety over my wound and wouldn't look at it after she cleaned it out, so she asked if I was going to be able to change it myself, if not should would have made time for me to come back in 2 days. Susan ordered my prescriptions and gave me education on how to take care if myself.
