Suzanne Rauch, PA-C

Yesterday during my appointment with her, I noticed that she was totally prepared for it by having read the previous notes in my chart. I have very narrow ear canals, and upon discovering some ear wax in one of my ears, that had impacted my hearing, she proceeded to remove it. Suzanne tried different techniques and despite her best efforts and a lot of patience, the piece wouldn't come out. Throughout the whole process she asked me how I was doing, showing her compassion and concern. Since there were other patients waiting for her and my procedure had taken up significantly more time than anticipated, she suggested for me to come back in the afternoon to complete it. The whole office staff was very accommodating and found the time for me later in the day. I did come back and Suzanne managed to extract the stubborn piece after working diligently and never giving up. I am enormously grateful to Suzanne for her professionalism and dedication to the profession & patients. 10 plus stars!

I'm thrilled to be a patient of Suzanne Rausch, PA. She is caring, thoughtful and very helpful in getting me to where I need to be, physically. She's also a very good listener which is rare in today's hurry-up-world; I'm only a number.
