Poor Experience
After explaining the tests and treatments I had recently taken for my symptoms (with no improvement), this doctor told me I was a “mystery” and laughed. This didn’t make me feel good, as I’ve been dealing with symptoms that affect my daily life for almost a month now, with no sure end in sight. The diagnosis did not seem confident, and she even admitted what she was treating me for “was not presenting itself as it normally would” and I felt I left with more frustration than I came in with.

I saw this physician twice, but never again. She is rude, condescending, and attempted to refuse to order labs to diagnose a genetic thyroid issue.

I was very unhappy with this provider. I saw her the week after an ER visit. She could not answer any of my questions. Was there to collect data and it was not about care at all. She did an exam and gave me some wrong info. I knew this was wrong because of what the specialist told me both before and after. My family member lost faith in that clinic. I will not be going to her again.

Dr. Chakraborty has been my PCP for about two years. I chose her from a list of names and I am so glad that I made that choice. She has been critical in the improvement of my health and there is no way possible to thank her enough for the decisions she has made. Swagata has become more than just my PCP, she has made me feel like I am way more than just a patient, she has always treated me as if I were a close friend, and that is exactly how I feel about her. I'm lucky to have known her.
