During a virtual visit that I was required to do via office policy, Sydney had pictures of my sons draining ears sent to her and she said that it was ear wax. I told her that it was running down his face and it was not wax, she argued and said that it was and that she wasn’t worried about it. She said that if we wanted to have his ears looked at we could come in the next day for an office visit after my son has a covid test. after the virtual visit I called and spoke to the office manager, and the doctor agreed to take a look at my sons ears that day. The actual doctor confirmed that it was in fact drainage and took swabs of his ears and called him in an antibiotic. If I wouldn’t have been persistent then my son would be walking around with a bacterial infection without treatment. She cannot be trusted, she’s was condescending in previous visits we have had with her as well. I feel bad for other incorrect information she has given to other parents about their kids medical problems.
