Recently, it was the end of the week and my medication was on backorder, from my pharmacy. I seriously needed it, to aid me with the most important 3 days of my life. My entire life security, moving forward, depended on this. I had paid over $150 emergency fee to ask my doctor, Dr. Sylvia Udokoro Nwakanma, if she would please take the time to resolve my situation. She responded immediately and resolved everything while refunding me the fee for services rendered. Because of this, I went on to have the most productive three days of my career, as well as meaningful days. I am at a loss for words to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Sylvia Udokoro Nwakanma at Mercie Health. It is a tangible fact that anybody who does not choose Mercie Health as a source for psychiatric needs is making a mistake.

Worst experience from a provider I’ve ever received. Without being too demeaning she is a narcissist that did not understand why I was switching to her. Multiple doctors (my pcp and past psychiatrist) were shocked by the doses she prescribed and evaluations she made. She is seriously going to get someone hurt and should be at that time charged at the full extent of the law. The billing department never called my insurance either after verifying they would and over charged me. But I will pay the additional money to not deal with this clinic. I pray her current clients and future clients really follow their gut feelings and find someone who practices medicine responsibly and knowledgeably.

I dont recommend. She will be nice and professional before asking you to leave a 5 star review, then later after youve helped her and spent $150 or more per invoice separate billing for prescriptions, she’ll play games with prescription requests and take days to respond. They only play games online and they wont call/return calls/speak in-person with online patients. This NP isnt a doctor, moreso a disappointment to rely on. Its always some game with her and her weird assistant.
