I haven’t left a review yet because I can hardly describe how good Sylvia has been for me. She deeply cares, and she set me on a path away from my confusion and depression into my life now which I can say was jumpstarted completely by Sylvia. I feel so much more empowered and my depression has really hit the back burner in my life. Always there but almost never at the forefront anymore. Sylvia always had a way of seeing things I couldn’t, and so encouraging. I can’t recommend her enough

I've been going to Sylvia for a long time. I would totally recommend her for anyone who's in need of someone to talk to. She's helpful and friendly. I'm also pretty sure she's turned my life around. I'm so thankful for her help.

I would definitely recommend any person seeking treatment in Southern West Virginia to consider her as their counselor. Dr. Wright directed me into the right path of life for me and my family. She's friendly, smart, and can help give you the strength to recover from whatever problem you're having. She also had done everything within her power to help me get back to my job as quickly as possible! She is an amazing woman. Thank you for all the help!!!

I have found Dr. Wright to be very professional and truthful in her work. She is understanding and listens to what the client has to say. Her medical advice is based on many years of study and is sound.
She does not sugar coat what she has to say. Sometimes the truth hurts but we only learn by listening to the truth. I like her work very much.

She plays religious music in her office (which is based out of her home) which made me uncomfortable. She would bring up the same topics in secessions that made me think she wasn't listening when we talked about them the week before. She spent almost half of one session taking about her own personal drama which was so awkward. Then she told me how beautiful I'd be if I lost weight which is AWESOME for a 24 year old with anxiety/depression to hear... went twice never going back.
