Syma Rizvi, PA

I was very pleased with my first appointment with her. I didn't have any medical issues that needed attention, but Ms. Rizvi (she's a P.A., not a doctor) seemed thorough in the questions she asked and caring. Over time, and especially when I did have medical issues, I found her and her office thoroughly unprofessional! After the first introductory appointment, you never get much time or her full attention. She always seemed rushed. I always left office visits confused and with unanswered questions. She is a TERRIBLE communicator. I rarely felt heard or treated with respect. She would tell me one thing, then send her assistant in to follow-up and her assistant would have a different idea than I did about what Syma had ordered. They both seemed incompetent and careless. On top of everything, you only get voicemail when you call the office. My calls were rarely returned the same day.

Had to leave the practice due to the poor care received. Very nice person, but I was looking for a medical person to replace the NP who left. Very sad. Does not read test results, had to tell her mine.

I am a new patient w/ Dr.Rizvi and met w/ her for the first time in Sept. My first visit went very well she was very kind, listened to my health concerns and offered me solutions. As my previous doctor at clinical associates retired , it is very important for me to have a doctor that was just as great and pleasant. I've been coming to clinical associates now for almost 3 yrs. We definitely need doctors that take their job seriously and want the best outcome for their patients!!!

I found Syma to be very caring and thoughtful. As a new patient, she took adequate time to discuss my health goals and explain what the current guidelines are with a focus on improving my health.

Dr. Syma Rizvi needs to more in touch with her patients, I never get a call back from her that’s if someone will answer the phone. Test results from her was inconclusive, I’m diabetic and in the test results there was NO A1C results? As a diabetic I would like to know this. There should be more interaction with her patients. ANSWER the phone and call patients back? This review probably won’t be seen anyway just had to vent. Concerned Patient

I went to her for the 1st time since my care provider before her retired and totally vetted her before leaving. I trusted that alone, but then encountering her was great, informative and very thorough! So please with her as my provider.

I went to Syma Rizvi for the first time last week. I was very impressed with her knowledge, kindness and professionalism. I have a hearing disability and she made extra effort to make sure I could hear her. I will be returning to her practice.
