When I first walked in the facility I immediately got greeted with a big smile by the young lady in the front. The facility was zenful. The therapist was welcoming, understanding, and professional. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I recommend this place to all in need of therapy.

My visit was amazing! Best therapist in the High Desert! Everyone is very pleasant and happy to assist with anything. The environment gives a comfort that is welcoming and makes you feel secure. This an unprofessional, disrespectful team. I had an appointment here since last week. I asked for a specific person, I was assigned someone else. The day of the appointment, no one called and I was asked for a form, but really, the issue was that the therapist was not available. I am given an appointment for the next day, spend 20 minutes waiting for the therapist to join the video session, she doesn’t show up. I call and they said she was sick, no calls, no texts, nothing to let me know and an attitude pf take it or leave it. Kaiser Permanente should never use this therapist again, especially with vulnerable patients.

I called and left a message twice and she doesnt respond. I dont even know why she advertises. They need to replace her.
