Absolute worst experience I have ever had during a VA appointment. I went in for the migraines that I have had for years. She kept me in there for about 2 minutes, asked me a series of about 8-10 preplanned questions (that were all yes or no) and didn't ask for any context on symptoms, how it's impacting my personal life, etc. She was very impersonal, short, unprofessional and acted as if I was inconveniencing her by even being there. I will be filing a complaint with the VA and the government needs to reconsider having her as a provider. If she's assigned to you, request a change! If she gives you a negative medical opinion appeal it! Worst experience I have ever had with a VA exam! No way she should be allowed to complete exams for veterans! Don't even deserve 1 star! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Wosre VA experience I have ever had

VA C&P Exam
Showed very little concern for my medical issues. No explanation of anything being done. I had multiple issue for this claim (5) and she was done in less than 15 mins. I understand everyone has a different experience, but I’m sorry mine was horrible. I truely don’t understand how the VA qualifies some of these examiners. I will use a VA facility for now on where others understand better the service we provided for this country and not just a medical professional that doesn’t.

Amazing Provider!
Crazy reading all the negative comments as Tabitha did all of my QTC appointments and was absolutely amazing in listening to everything I had to say and did an amazing job at ensuring everything I had was documented! She seemed like a provider that truly cares for veterans

Very rude!!
Treated me very disrespectful. Was not very helpful and I ended up leaving without any devices rendered from her. Maybe she had not had her coffee yet. She didn’t even verify that she had the right person in front of her. By verifying things like my name, DOB, etc. for confirmation.

When life is dealing you more negatives than positives, it seems that only two things can get you up and running. Faith in God, and a Friend on your side. Warrior Assist and nurse Tabatha Paulson is the friend on your side. She follows strict rules of practice while presenting a welcome explanation to your exam. As a veteran, I would choose her services over most others simply because she will tell it like it is and stand behind her evaluations, whether is on your behalf or on the side of the VA. It will be fair and honest. After all, isn't that what many veterans fought for. Fairness, Integrity, and honesty.

Very rude and makes you feel stupid. Did not care about my child one bit. I self paid for an after hours visit ($120) and she did nothing for us. I was in tears in the room with her and she didn't care. Not sympathetic and would never recommend her to anyone. I don't understand how she even has a job.
