Finally
Telehealth
After years of being misrepresented, misquoted, misunderstood, and undervalued I finally found Dr. Malone after a referral from someone who raved about just how attentive, personable and knowledgeable she was. She makes sure that she explains things well so that the science isn't overwhelming and makes you feel like you can take on the world again and aren't alone. I wish all doctors were this real. I am so glad that I didn't give up on looking, because I found my mental health go to in her.

Life Changing
Telehealth
In the past I thought I could work things out on my own until I found myself in an extremely dangerous point in my life. I came to Dr. Malone very broken and tense, but over the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed that I am becoming more comfortable talking to her about my deeply troubling problems and I’m also becoming more comfortable living in my own skin. This is a mental health journey that I couldn’t imagine taking without Dr. Malone’s professional and genuine guidance.

Personalized Care
Dr.Malone truly cares. I was hesitant to begin therapy because I didn’t believe my problems to be problematic enough for professional help. I’m thankful I chose Dr.Malone as my therapist because she validates my experiences and emotions while opening my eyes to unconscious behaviors and loops that are hindering my progress in life. I would not be the person I am today without Dr.Malone’s personalized guidance.

Helps Keep Me Centered
Telehealth
Dr.Malone has a wonderful spirit and energy that naturally provides a calm in the midst of your turmoil. Her tactics and “G.E.M.S” of advice really helped to center me on my path even when I was scared and unsure about what that path was. She helps you find and develop principles and standards to root yourself to when life is overwhleming. Her presence is a blessing and her work is life saving. I truly am beginning to thrive because of her.

Finally, someone who gets it
Telehealth
Dr. Malone helped me come to terms with my anger and work burnout. I appreciated how each session she gave me tangible exercises and resources to carry me to the next session. Admitting I had issues that others had told me of for years wasn't easy but lucking up and finding a professional who could address them and be non-judgmental and easy to talk to was ace. I've recommended more of my colleagues to her.

Glad I tried
Telehealth
I was very skeptical about trying therapy. You see all the advertisements that say how great therapy is but that's what you'd expect an add for therapy to say. Well, I was at a really low point after my mother's sudden passing. I had spoken to friends and family but I was still having a hard time when a friend I had known for years opened up how Dr. Malone helped in a situation between he and his wife so I gave it a try. I used telehealth which was easy, basically like face time but Dr. Malone offered not just an ear but some unique coping techniques that really paid dividends for me. My opinion now about those therapy advertisements is that they're true. Dr. Malone helped me, my friend and his wife and I am certain her techniques could help you as well. Don't just listen to the advertisements give Dr. Malone a try and judge for yourself.

Making the complicated seem simple and relatable.
Dr. Malone took a lot of the guesswork out of the many questions I had about my emotions other symptoms and how they related to my MS. I started with having just one or two goals but now still work with her to grow in being at peace with way more than my illness.

Taish Malone is an exceptional psychotherapist. She is compassionate, a great listener, and knowledgeable in helping her clients feel empowered and hopeful in seeing the light beyond the trees. When I was recently diagnosed with MS, I was searching for specialist and looking up all this information on how to beat it. My mother advised me to talk to someone that would get me out of autopilot and get me in-tuned with myself and how I was feeling about my MS and therapist Malone does that and more!
