Professional and courteous
She listens to the patient and provides solutions based on their needs with a dedicated focus on the patient. Instead of focusing on one particular issue she took leadership in gathering as much information as possible before jumping to conclusions, providing a comprehensive solution. We need more practitioners like her that are solutions driven.
