The problem was that her appointments always are running late, and today when I showed up she said, Oh, didn't Tami call you? We double booked and I've got another patient with me, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional because, no, Tami had not called me. I am a working mother and had to make arrangements for my daughter to be picked up from daycare. We rescheduled, and I spent 15 minutes in the waiting room before I walked out. She shouldn't be causing stress, quite the opposite.
