Unprofessional and poor bedside manner.

I’ve been attending this practice for 18 years. Annual well check was scheduled and I was told no vaccines due. At todays visit I was told there is one more left. I said I was told there was not and I have not read up on this and wanted to wait. I was essentially called a liar and told staff would not have said that. Proceeded to tell me I would need to find a new doctor if I choose not to vaccinate. Which I said was not a problem. She left the room to confront the front desk about my appointment. While she was away I was reading up on the side effects of the vaccine. She entered the room and told me I needed to put my phone away and not be rude as she had questions she was going to have to ask me. I replied I do not understand why you have this attitude but it is very unbecoming. She said you want to know better than to be on your phone at a doctors appointment. I said I am an adult and do not need to be chastised. She said you may need a different doctor. I said I certainly do.

I would recommend all of my friends with children to see Ms. Tammie. She is amazing with children...very patient and listens to all of our concerns. She takes wonderful care of my daughters.
