Tammy has been the a trusted source for my PTSD recovery. She has taken her time to walk me through EMDR and recovery. She has been consistent in my care and diligent at treating me. During the toughest times of healing , she continued to check on me long after processing. She is open, attentive, listening and truly willing to help in any way.

Tammy's work with adolescents is what brought us to her. I was concerned with my high school aged (17) daughter's sudden changes in behavior and a friend of our family recommended Aspire Group and Tammy in particular. She included me in the beginning of the sessions and after a while my daughter was comfortable going to sessions alone. I think she enjoyed having someone to tell her problems who didn't judge or "get into her business. "
I am very happy to have Tammy for my daughter.
