Tammy is a great listener and really good at diagnosis. I saw her for several years before moving out of Colorado, she diagnosed and treated my Diabetes and Thyroid really well. Explained things in a very simple way.

I saw Tammy Swagler years ago for my Grave's Disease (hyperthyroid). She tried to force me to get a procedure I didn't want done. One treatment for Grave's is to take a dose of radioactive iodine that will completely destroy your thyroid. You then have to take replacement hormone for the rest of your life. I told her I did not want this and that I did my research and found that it is fine to stay on my current meds long term. She withheld my prescription for those meds until I agreed to get a scan that would allow her to determine the correct dose of iodine to destroy my thyroid(a procedure that also involves ingesting radioactive substances). I didn't know this was the reason for the scan until I arrived for the appointment. I felt so tricked. I ended up going dangerously hyperthyroid after she withheld my meds and I had to spend the night in a hospital. I found a real doctor who allowed me to keep my thyroid and I am now in remission and still have my functioning thyroid.

I recommend her highly. She will actually listen to you and then will get to the root of your problem.

She exactly what information i needed before injecting both my knees with fluid, she was excellent at getting the procedure done with zero pain.. i would highly recommend her, professional and comforting ....
