We all need someone we can talk to. Someone you feel comfortable with and a place with no judgment. Tanya is an exceptional social worker/therapist and highly recommended. Even if you don't feel there is a need for yourself, there's always someone you know, love or just feel could benefit from talking to a loving, caring, knowledgeable therapist. Mental health is very important.
