Telehealth
Tara has been my clinical supervisor and mentor. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge, is extremely ethical, and competent. She truly cares about her clients and the mental health of others. She seeks to learn more and provide the upmost help to her clients . She places high standards on being a therapist and I am grateful for t hat as it has aided me in being the best therapist I can be. She has the perfect balance of warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

My experience with her is that she is not a good listener. She asked me the same question three different times at three different sessions. I had her read back to me her notes from one of our sessions, and her notes neither gave an accurate nor a complete picture of what I talked about that day. I find her lack of attention egregious.
