Tara is very friendly and you can tell how much she cares when you speak with her! I feel like she has brought a lot of value in only a few sessions and I am excited to continue working with her!

Tara is a fantastic therapist she offers a variety of methods to pursue what ever it is you are trying to achieve. She builds a legitimate connection that feels more like having a friend than just a professional. I cannot stress how she has helped me in our time together I find processing issues to be easier using the skills she's helped me hone

Tara has been a wonderful help to me getting through a challenging time. She has helped me to come up with strategies to not only deal with anxiety in the moment, but to reduce my overall stress levels. I am feeling so much better and I know that Tara is a big piece of that.
