I believe the physicians assistant may of removed the staples too early and a minor infection was the result.

Dr Learned's office and staff is very good. There are some questions that need to be answered, but I am confident that it will be taken care of.

Would have liked to have visit with Dr . Scolaro vs PA.

I'd never been there before. I didn't know it was a teaching hospital. I felt like a pin cushion.everything was "let's see if this works" or let's try that. Frankly, I didn't enjoy my stay. I was a volunteer for Long Beach Memorial Hospital for several years and I would recommend it over UCI.

I had transportation issues and the clinic was nice enough to accomodate the change.

To be honest I really don't know why I had this appointment because their wasn't anything he could do since Dr.Learned did not want my bandage removed, He was very nice and professional,

Everything was great

Did not clean any part of my open wounds. Simply just wrapped them up and did not bother to clean or wipe any of the openings discharge with anything and just applied dressing over it.

Yes, I would like to comment on Dr. Scolaro Dr. Scolaro, it's an excellent doctor. Very caring. Very patient. I met with him prior to my surgery and one more other time and he was very detailed, and what the procedure was going to be, and he explained as much as he could. And of course, he knew that I have other issues in the past with anesthesia and he referred that particular Dr. To me. Who is excellent. There was his nurse and also {staff name removed} and also {staff name removed} in the surgery center she is outstanding. Thanks to her organization and return calls. She did excellent. I'm hoping to continue to look forward to meeting.
