Dr. Bowman and the entire staff were professional and efficient while being patient and personable. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in a friendly manner. Eye care is expensive with our broken health care system but I felt the value was there.

Great evaluation and discussion of results

Dr. Bowman is amazing. She really listens to how my dry eyes are doing and recommends drops, ointments and warm compresses. The office has a new way of looking at my eyes very closely and I know now what condition they are in. I will follow up with her in 3 months. And pray they are getting better. So excited to try these new things and will be diligent about doing the warm compresses every night.

Dr. Bowman and the technician were both very empathetic and sensitive my son’s needs, namely his autism and sensory issues. They made sure that he was comfortable with everything that they were doing and informed with everything they were doing. We went for an Urgent Care situation. Jude was checked for a scratch in his eye, but Dr. Bowman has earned a new patient when he needs his next exam!The front desk got him in same day within a couple hours of me picking him up early from school. They were very helpful with scheduling an eye exam.

This was my first time to see Dr. Bowman after 15 years with Jame Wolford. Bowman didn't introduce herself & I didn't realize who she was. She talks with a very scratchy voice that I really couldn't understand. Not knowing who she was, I'd planned to tell the dr that I couldn't understand what the previous tech was talking about & ask for an explanation. There's more!

I did not feel confident with my conversation with her regarding my dry eye disease. I left feeling in indecisive .She did not write any instructions down regarding our visit. In general, she is knowledgeable but I do not trust her. I feel like she's pushing drugs.

Dr. Bowman was so approachable and friendly, she put me at ease. Clearly knowledgeable, she explained everything so that I could understand it. Thank you, Dr. Bowman!

Dr Bowman was most professional in analyzing my eyesight after four years since my last appointment.She was quite pleasant and personable in her manner.I was very pleased with my initial meeting with her.

A lot of tests were done on my eyes as I have been having trouble with my vision over the last two years, a lot of it because of new medications I was taking. I am a candidate for cataract surgery and will have that done.

Dr Bowman was professional and thorough, gave me complete information about my situation. I really appreciated that she was youngish and up on the latest technology.

Dr. Bowman was friendly and pleasant and did my exam quickly. I was annoyed that she was unclear in her instructions about going to the Optics department to order glasses. Apparently I was supposed to do that in the ten minutes between her putting the drops in and my eyes being fully dilated? I ended up frustrated and confused, and will order glasses elsewhere. Also, she was talking and laughing loudly with a coworker in her exam room which was right next to the waiting area, while I was sitting there waiting. It was unprofessional
