I had previously seen Jason M. Hackenbracht, MD for some slight discomfort in my chest. He told me that I had a faint heart murmur and had prescribed Atenolol 25 MG tables for me as a daily "maintenance " suggestion. Since I have been doing fine. I recently went to refill the Atenolol and noticed a PA "Taylor Grasser" , whom I have never even seen, was on my last RX as filled. My Pharmacy tried to reach out four or five times at least to this PA Grasser, who would never replied! I finally had to get another doctor to evaluate my situation who then gave me a new RX for this medication as I had completely run out of it for almost a week waiting for some word from her. Inexcusable!! Good thing I wasn't out of Nitro if I was having Angina attacks! VERY unhappy Patient!!
