I've been going to see Taylor for a couple of years, and every time she is thorough, efficient and super helpful. She is happy to talk through any issues I bring to the appointment, and is always happy to share OTC solutions, and she is happy to talk about the most cost efficient way to address issues.I do wish I could flag on my profile that I know basic biology and chemistry from high school, to proactively signal that I can handle a discussion that gets into basic pharmacology of my issue. However as we saw with how so many regular people handled COVID (and completely failed to understand information coming from SMEs) I understand a lot of people simply don't understand anything about their own bodies or really science at all. So a default that is more like talking to a Kindergartener is understandable.

The healthcare team was amazing from the time I walked into the door to the time I was seen by Dr. Taylor.
