The entire staff did a great job! I really appreciate Ms. Tamika taking the time to thoroughly and thoughtfully explain the process of purchasing and taking care of my new hearing aids. This was my 1st pair of hearing aids and I did not know who to choose. I found them online and chose them because they were in my area and seemed very nice on the phone. It turned out to be a great choice. I highly recommend them.

Temeka is very thorough with the entire process from hearing tests to adjusting the aids. She explains everything in detail and really knows how to help people with hearing problems and challenges. I'd recommend Temeka and Northeast Houston Hearing Services, Inc.

I highly recommend Dr Ford for Audiology needs, she is very patient and understanding and genuinely interested in the patient's understanding of procedures being performed and informing the patient of the reasons for her recommended medical solutions.. My Mother came to Northeast Houston Hearing Services where Dr. Temeka Ford is a doctor. She was patience and caring with my mother. She had been having severe problems with her hearing aids and was unable to hear ordinary sounds. Dr. Ford was very helpful to her!!! Dr. Ford was amazing. Out little girl was not too excited that she needed to wear hearing aids and Dr. Ford was so patient with her. She spoke directly to her and let her know what was happening every step of the way. She spent a lot of time with us and answered every question.
