Over the holiday's I had a problem with my back.
Telehealth
I was very nervous as to what they found. A visit was set up to talk with Terence. His calm professional manner helped me to know once again I was in good hands. Dr. Pinto's staff are amazing. We talked about possible options. Will review this visit with DR Pinto.

Totally unresponsive to requests for follow-up he committed to. Had to switch to another doctor to get a response after a week of trying to get him to call with the results of my MRI.

I highly recommend T Panvica!
There was no waiting. Terrance introduced himself and very professionally addressed my medical issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and first asking what my concern was. Terrance Panvica listened carefully while I explained my symptoms. He throughly examined me and explained in clear terms using a diagram to illustrate why I was experiencing the symptoms I had. T Panvica explained the different options for treatment and then prescribed medication that certainly reduced my discomfort. He asked if I had any questions and if I was comfortable with the approach he recommended. Terrance Panvica is an asset to your medical organization and if I need orthopedic care in the future, I will certainly first see T Panvica. As a medical care provider, I very highly recommend Terrance Panvica!!

Far Exceeded My Expectations!
PA Panvinca's review of my condition was very thorough and easy to understand. I came seeking a second opinion as I'd had a most unsatisfactory experience elsewhere. Both PA Panvica and Dr. Pinto's explanations exceeded my expectations. I am much more comfortable re. what to expect going forward, particularly re. upcoming surgical procedures.

Yes, I would highly recommend Terence Panvica.
Dr.Panvica was very friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and went over my MRI throughly. He also helped me understand the imaging. It was a great experience and would recommend Dr. Panvica and Twin Cities Spine Center.

A true professional
I feel listened to and heard, which isn’t always a given in the medical field. I trust him and his willingness to seek out answers. He literally has my back. I had a 12+ hour 9 level spinal fusion. From start to date, I am very well taken care of. I am going grateful for his care.
