I was scheduled to her through urgent care. She was not good at explaining things to me. And when I was trying to decide what to do based on my condition, she got impatient and said something like "you need to decide now because I am going to see my next patient." That sounds very rude and unprofessional. It sounds like she put her schedule over her patient's well being and rush to see patients. I guess that's why she's so easy to schedule during urgent care. Not recommend.
